THE INTERNAL COMPANION TO INTERPERSONAL WORK
About Intrapsychic Functioning
This app brings together thought records, core beliefs, recurring patterns, parts work, and core-self practice. Thought records are one starting point: a painful emotion, a behavior, or an unexpected outcome may help you notice an experience worth exploring.
You can compare interpretations of an event, group automatic thoughts around shared themes, and explore how beliefs and responses can reinforce one another. Parts work invites you to describe an inner voice or presence in your own terms and consider its possible role, without assuming an origin or treating imagery as a recovered memory.
Optional AI suggestions and images are possibilities to review. You remain the authority on what fits your experience. You can use the manual tools without AI.
Sharing and saved work
Your workspace is private unless you authorize a therapist connection to view saved writing. That permission includes saved drafts; image sharing is a separate choice. Unsaved entries are not shared. You can stop sharing at any time, although information already seen or copied cannot be retracted. Generated image files may be accessible to anyone with their link, as explained before generation.
Purpose and support
Intrapsychic Functioning is part of the Weingarden Psychological Services app suite. It is an educational self-reflection tool, not psychotherapy, diagnosis, or a monitored service. Pausing and seeking support is a valid choice if an exercise feels overwhelming.
